Healthcare, Disability & Community Services

Better operations behind better care and support.

We work with healthcare providers, allied health practices, NDIS providers, disability services, aged care and community and not-for-profit organisations. We connect systems, make sense of data and reduce administrative load so teams can spend more time with the people they support.

Common challenges

Administration should not compete with care.

For providers where demand is growing faster than systems, funding and teams can keep up. Manual processes and disconnected data make it harder to run services well and to grow sustainably.

Stretched workforce

Rostering, onboarding and admin absorb capacity that should go to the people you support.

Rising delivery costs

It is hard to see what each service costs to deliver and where margin is lost.

Funding and compliance pressure

Evidence for funders, auditors and regulators is assembled by hand from separate systems.

Fragmented systems and data

Records, rostering and billing sit in separate tools, so leaders lack a clear view.

How Kinstone helps

Consulting and delivery that respects how care organisations work.

We help providers and community organisations work out where time and money are being lost, then fix it. That might be connecting rostering, client records and billing, automating routine administration, or building reporting that shows demand, capacity and funding use clearly.

We provide both consulting and hands-on delivery. We work alongside your operational, clinical and technology teams, and involve your privacy and security stakeholders from the start, with reference to guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Our strategy and transformation, data and AI, cloud and modern data platforms, systems integration and automation and digital experience services are applied in practical steps your people can adopt.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

What does Kinstone Co do for healthcare, disability and community service organisations?

We provide consulting and hands-on delivery across strategy and transformation, data and AI, cloud and modern data platforms, systems integration, automation and digital experience. We help healthcare providers, NDIS providers, disability services, aged care and community organisations reduce administration, connect systems and improve reporting.

Can you help NDIS providers and disability services?

Yes. We help NDIS providers and other disability service organisations with the systems, data and processes behind service delivery, such as connecting rostering, client records and billing, reducing manual administration and improving reporting. We are a business and technology consultancy, not a care provider.

Do you provide clinical, legal or compliance advice?

No. We support operations, systems and data. Clinical decisions stay with your clinicians, and interpretation of funding rules and regulatory requirements stays with your own advisers and regulators.

Can you help with funding and compliance reporting?

We help make the data and reporting behind it easier to produce and trust, by connecting systems and reducing manual work. What your funders and regulators require remains for you and your advisers to confirm.

How do you handle sensitive health and client information?

We aim to work with the minimum data needed and to follow your privacy and security requirements. Your own advisers remain responsible for compliance interpretation.

Can you work with the systems we already use?

Yes. We start with the platforms you have, such as client management, rostering, billing and finance systems, and only recommend changes where they clearly help.
